Quality Products NorthWest warranties it's products with a "LIMITED WARRANTY" for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase by the consumer.

The Limited Warranty warrants against faulty or defective materials or workmanship of the manufacturer.

Proof of purchase is required prior to requesting any warranty work. Proof of purchase is the original sales receipt clearly showing date and place of purchase. Obviously abused, submerged, modified or dissassembled products are excluded from warranty and are not covered.

Warranty is limited to repairs or replacement of the faulty product or part and covers only the original purchaser. No other Warranty is expressed or implied.

An Optional Buyer Protection Extended Warranty Service Contract is available to purchasers of all Puller and Hauler products. This Extended Warranty extends the 90-Day standard product warranty to periods of One-Year, Two-Years or Three consecutive years. The Extended Warranty Service Contract must be purchased at the time of product purchase or anytime prior to expiration of the standard 90-Day Warranty.
